It will be difficult to diagnose an issue like this from a graphic, it may confirm an issue but that’s about it.
You appear to be using a custom theme here, so first request is always to please revert to BP default theme and check for the issue running the default theme, if it clears up it’s theme related and you may need to approach the theme author. Also do ensure you are not running any plugins that may interfere with the behaviour of this component so disable all possible bp plugins when testing.
