Get child sites activity to show in activity feed

    I would like to have any child site activity (blog posts, comments, etc) to show up in my main activity stream.

    I am thinking this may need to be done using the activity loop, but I could be totally off.

    I disabled `define( \’BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG\’, true );` and everything seems to be working now.
