Nav Bar/Buddypress profile

I would like to do one of two things, I would like to display the nav bar for the main site only on the buddypress profile page, or ideally, I would like to take the my blogs drop down that list your blogs and has the embedded menu for the dashboard ect and add it to each individual users profile? Can anyone help me please?
