Add new function do group admin panel

In buddy press, when you are an admin of group, you have access to things like avatar, delete etc.

I want to add one more option and show it in this menu. I have found place in function bp_group_admin_tabs in bp-groups-template file. I added this line

It added new link. But how can I create form for this action and how can I manage with posted data? When I click this I get page not found. I see that in theme/groups/single/admin are all forms.

Can you help me?

You need to know php and need to use this:

I created this class in my plugin. Plugin makes some other things. Still I can’t see new option in group-> Admin. There is still Details Settings Avatar Members Delete
