add friend box in MU

Hi everyone,

I’ve just install Buddypress with multisite. One question is, how to add a friend’s list in each user blog? For example, on my own blog i want to be able to show my friend list to everyone?
Same question for the admin bar, do i need to turn on some feature in simple theme?
