BuddyPress Not using my correct URL in some cases….

So, for the plugin, BuddyPress, it isn’t grabbing my correct URL in some cases…like when you go to edit a forum post, or add a reply to a forum, it takes out my /updates/ part.
My URL is http://wwsmag.com/updates/
My BP Forum: http://wwsmag.com/update/forums/
Forum Reply Example: http://wwsmag.com/updates/groups/wws-artists/forum/topic/test-forum/Also, when I installed SEO for BuddyPress, the plugin installed does the same…it takes out the “updates” folder. Any idea why?
