Creator of new blog become's participant

I have a problem with the creation on a new blog.
Have installed Multisites an when a user create’s a new blog on my website the creation become’s a partcipant and not the admin.
It was working but i have been developing a lot, so i could change a setting.
Any idea how i can fix this?
