    i have downloaded buddy press n i dont know where to upload that..

    where i can find this

    /wp-content/plugins/ folder.

    where i can get plugin option in word press.. plz tell me..

    You can’t run BP on a wordpress.com site.

    You would need to install your own copy of WP on your own domain and then install and activate BP.
