Remove ‘Media Library’ and ‘Add New’ for members

    In the WPbackend for my members it is showing a ‘Media’ section with ‘Library’ and ‘Add New’.
    Firstly they can see all media including the site banner etc which is useless to them –
    but more importantly I would be happy to remove this whole section from the backend for members.

    I thought I saw an admin control somewhere related to it – but I cant track it down.

    Can it be truned off?
