Profile Menu has wrong order

Hello everone,
My Menu of every user has a wrong order.
Normally it should show: PROFILE – MESSAGES (0) – SETTINGS.Mine is showing MESSAGES (0) – SETTINGS – PROFILE.
How can I get PROFILE back to the front.
I already tried to do it with functions.php like described here http://www.themightymo.com/2012/01/26/how-to-add-remove-and-change-the-order-of-buddypress-component-menu/
but nothing changes.Would be thankfull for every hint.
