How to change the background color of the message box?

Hi,
1. I need advice about how to change the background color of the message box in WordPress-Buddypress media / photos area?
Currently, there’s a yellow color as the background of the message, e.g. “Sorry, no videos were found”.
2. Is it possible to make the actual photo will open in the thickbox after the user clicked the thumbnail?
3. Also, how to redirect the user (after they login) to the media / photos area rather than to Profile?
