Header image Responsive Layout

    I am using bp default theme, ( no child theme) and it is working fine with my own header image but only appear on PC and ipad. The header image appear twice on mobile phone? Can I change the image width to suit on mobile phone ( but I don’t want to use child theme) can anyone help. My website is http://www.pcks1971.com
