Display images using image_tag_templates.php

I am using WordPress Version 3.2.1 . I have used BuddyPress plugin and custom community theme for my site (not live, it’s in local device). In custom community theme, there are many groups(city) and each group may contain many users. I need to display pictures in main body section of the city/group page uploaded in that group only. All the images are uploaded on C:\xampp\htdocs\staging3\wp-content\uploads\bpfb. But I need to display the pictures of respective groups in the group body section.
For this I have tried to use image_tag_templates.php file of C:\xampp\htdocs\staging3\wp-content\plugins\buddypress-activity-plus\lib\forms location.
How to use that??
And my real concern is how to distinguish the images of respective group from bpfb folder?
