Admin Email Notifications – How to include BuddyPress Extended Profile Data

I have the latest WP and BP installations.
The standard email notifications to the admin when a user registers doesn’t have all the data I need. I’d like to include the additional required data fields I’ve created.
I installed Membership by WPMU and SB Welcome Email.
The SB Welcome Email should work, but the (array) function is ugly, but workable. The trouble is when the user fills in the information, goes and pays for membership, and is returned it takes a few minutes for the database to populate AFTER they come back from PayPal. By that time, WordPress has already sent the admin email, so everything is empty except for the username and time/date stamp.
Is there a way to get the information I need when the email sends?
Can I either delay WP/BP in sending the admin email; or,
Can I have BP send me the data; or,
Is there a plug-in available that will send the user profile data (including BP extended profile fields) to the admin?
