Dynamic links with Xprofile

Hello Everyone!
I am working on a social media center for school students. When they sign up they have to enter ther class.
My question is, is it possible to make a dynamic links based on the class to show there timetable. I have the link of the timetable and only one piece of it has to be dynamic (the place where the class has to stand).
The timetable link has to look like this.
http://www.myschoolname.com/timetables?class=%5BCLASS ENTERED BY USER WHEN HE SIGNS UP]
