I’m finding that quite a few members are getting confused by the registration process of Username and Name under “Profile Details”. Does anyone have a reg page which simply asks for “First and Last Name” (Like Facebook) and creates a User profile of “First” + Last Name”?

My other questions are:

1) Does this simplify the reg process?
2) Do people have an issue with using real names? (e.g. privacy etc)
3) Is there a plugin that can overwrite the normal reg process to do this>
