BuddyPress.org

I just installed Buddypress a couple of weeks ago, before then I have more than 14k members on my site but when I click on members page, it says I have about 300 members. I want it to display the exact amount of members I have on members page.

I also noticed that since installing Buddypress there appear to large number of fake registration on my site. In fact it happens every few minutes. How can I stop this?
