What are the best plugins available to stop spam on the activity streams? Is there a reliable plugin out there that sets up a “Report Spam” button next to every activity-stream update and then hides any comments receiving more than ~5 reports?

that new feature in wangguard is neat but it doesn’t seem to be working us. moderation queue indicates reported users exist but doesn’t display them in the list.
