Fatal error: Class 'WP_Post' not found in /srv/disk4/1287302/www/digihold.com/wp

    After installing buddypress and creating the necessary pages (members, activity streams etc.. ) I receive this error when viewing the pages.

    Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Post’ not found in /srv/disk4/1287302/www/digihold.com/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-theme-compatibility.php on line 443

    The theme installed is suppose to be buddypress compatible and I even have tried buddypress themes but still receive the same error.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Wordpress v3.4.2
    Buddypress v1.8.1
