Html (a href) problem

    Hi, I have inserted some social icons into my header using the img src=”” attribute. I gave each one it’s own class in order to edit them in css. Here is my problem though: When I try to link the buttons to my facebook/twitter page, I put the a href /a around the image link, but it puts my website domain in front of the social page domain. So everytime I click it it’s page not found. Like: mywebsitelink/facebook.com/mypage. How do I keep my domain from it?? Thank You. Any help is greatly appreciated…

    Make sure to put http:// in front of them, otherwise it will just think you mean a directory or file on your server.
