How to add avatar picture upload to S2member registration form?

Hello everyone,
After wandering on the internet for an hour trying to find a solution to my problem, I decided to ask it here. How can I add an “avatar upload” field at the registration form?
I want to make it required to upload an avatar picture or select from a preselected series of avatar pictures.
Is there a plugin for this?
