Displaying profile fields in admin users.php

How can I set some of the extended profile fields to show up in the admin section under the user list screen?
Or if that can’t be done – can I set a link to the user profiles fields from that screen?
I am currently setup to manually approve new registrations before they can access buddypress, but from the user page in admin I have no way of knowing anything about the subscriber other than their email address.

Doesn’t sound like you need to edit xprofile fields from within the Dashboard,
but this premium plugin allows you to view, edit and save xprofile field values from a User > Edit screen in the Dashboard:

Thanks colabsadmin. I would prefer to get it to show on the page itself, but the plugin you suggested does the job for now.
