xProfiles with activity stream integration?

Hello all!
The thing is simple. I would like to add a “pets” section to the user’s profile so that he can upload a photo for each pet he/she has with its name. There are a few plugins already available to do this.
The problem is that I would also like to show that in the activity stream as for example “user123 added a pet to his profile” or “user123 modified a pet on his profile“.
Do you know if there’s any plugin or way to achieve that?
