No Members Profiles shown while the listing is ok

I desperate…
I imported users from older SMF-Forum. Everything is fine. Users are listed in the Member-Listings.
While import the Users have been already in wp database, BBpress makes “imported_”Tag before the names an emailadresses, then I assigned the “imported-user” to “user”. Everythings fine as well.
The Users are listed on the buddypress members-page. BUT: Error 404 Page when I want to look in a single profile.
They can’t even look in their own profiles if they log in ==> 404.
Making a new User is ok, the new one can look in his profile, but not the imported ones.
Can someone help? 🙁
