Forums are gone! :-(
-
Hi everybody,
I am building a wordpress forum for the parents of a small school in Germany with wordpress and buddypress (www.asf-eltern.net).
When I installed the buddypress and bbpress plugins the first time I had two Forum tabs in “Settings” and one on the same level as “activity”. But somehow they are gone now. They are still visible in the frontend, but I cannot edit any of them in the backend. When I tried to configurate bbpress I got the message I don’t have the permission.
I assumed this could be caused by a conflict between buddypress and bbpress and therefore tried to import the data to bbpress. I followed the instructions of this site, but when I went into Settings > Pages and disconnected the Forums from the forum page, the whole thing vanished completely.
Then I deleted all plugins from the site and reinstalled them, because I hoped to reset them by that. But they are still gone – at least in the backend.
Who can help me?
