Changing the member profile title field

I’m using the mingle theme by parallelus and they told me my issue has to with buddypress templates. Im using the latest version of buddypress.
Im trying to change it so that when visiting a member profile, the title of that profile is not the users name, like it currently is, but instead the default is the username.
for example: http://fourleagues.com/members/fourleagues/
this is my profile. The title is my name arian ghashghai, but instead i want it to show my username fourleagues by default. I know I can change it individually for users to display their username there but i want to make it the default setting. Im fairly code savvy so I just need to know in what file I can change this setting.
Also i am already using the username only plugin!
