Adding Images to profile page?

    Is there a way to manually add images to profile page? I want to be able to add a few college icons on a profile page until the user selects the college of their choice. Once the user selects their college, I want to take off all the images except for the college they choose. Thank you for your help on this.

    Is there maybe a way where the user can select a college when registering in a drop down and then the college icon associated with that college could appear on their profile page?
