Hi Guys,

Am very new to BuddyPress and I do have a question. On the home page I have the search form for people looking for work and those offering.

What I would like is that when people fill in their details for example looking for work, they are taken to a page, offering them work and for those offering the jobs, they are taken to a page showing members looking for work.

How do I go about setting that?
