Prevent members from seeing each others profiles

Hi there, Im building a private membership site with BuddyPress and S2 Member and needing to prevent Members on certain levels from seeing each others profiles.
Essentially Im needing to have two very seperate levels of paid membership.
Level 1,2 & 3 members are not allowed to see ANY member profiles/directories.
Level 4 members need to have the ability to see ALL member profiles/directories.This need to be an automatic feature depending on the level opted in by the member. I understand BuddyPress acts as a social community but Im needing it to behave in an anti social way.
Is this at all possible at all?
Ive searched for days and cannot find any plugins out of the box that can perform this.
