Title Tags have not fixes

I’m still using bp-custom.php for title tag that works. I just look at testbp.org for title tag for tag link and it doesn’t fix it. Here’s an example:
BuddyPress Test Drive | Blog | Tags | W3-total-cache
http://testbp.org/tag/w3-total-cache/It isn’t supposed to have hyphens between words and what else could it be wrong? BuddyPress have been upgrade twice after this problem.
