Need help with achoosing a plug in

I run a martial art school and am looking to create a repository for all the games we use in class. I would like it to be seachable by category such as striking, grappling, throws, weapons etc. I want each enter to have the name and description of the game. any recommendations for a plug in or a good way to implement this.
