Text editor mode icons dissappear with new version

All of my text editor icons for editing posts (except add media) has disappeared (visual editor icons are okay) when I upgraded to the new version. It also locks up the “screen options” and “help” dropdown boxes in “edit posts” dashboard.
Note, I’m running the latest version of wordpress. I uninstalled all plugins and then installed them one at a time. The only one doing this is bp.
