Captcha registration bypassed when buddypress enabled

    Hi,
    It seems like when I enable buddypress on a site the captcha I set up gets bypassed and I get a lot of spam registrations. I am using a specific captcha that keeps track and I don’t seem to see anything there when I enable buddypress and get a lot of spam registrations.
    Does buddypress open up a separate registration portal or an alternative registration form some where, and if so, how I put my specific captcha on it or disable that entirely?
    I’ve searched here and found others with similar issues but the topics are closed and it doesn’t look like the ones i found were resolved.

    Hello, if they are getting in some other way, will you please let me know?
    I’m not accusing Buddypress, it’s great, but could someone please confirm for me that it doesn’t open up an alternative registration method somewhere?
    It could be as simple as just increased users and an incompatibility with my captcha counting.
