Sitewide Activity wrong order

I am managing some development for a 3rd party and I am getting reports that the activity-stream/load more does not present the posts in the correct order or displays duplicate posts from the page above. I have been unable to replicate the issue on my own system Windows 7/Chrome but I am told it happens on Mac/Safari.
Anyone had a similar issue?
