BP Plugin Themes Help

Okay I’d like to modify my BuddyPress Plugins such as Gifts, Albums+, CubePoints, Achievements, etc. So that they are integrated into my theme. I already integrated every other page of BuddyPress, I just don’t know if it’s the same setup for the plugins.
What files needed to be edited? And where would they need to be edited inside each file?
