BuddyPress.org

Hi,
I have a wordpress site (installed 3.9 and updated to 4) with steam theme. I installed buddypress, enabled widgets and all work good except the login form widget. The register link in the widget redirects you to homepage although you are not logged in, as described in another post.
It is weird since i also added the budypress menu in my sidebar and register link works fine there. It only happens with login form widget (budypress widget).
Also if I change theme, for example twenty theme, it works fine.

Can someone help me solve this problem?
