[Resolved] New Members and emails

    I want to make a few of my clients members of my new bp site. Problem is some dont have email addresses. They never needed them and dont want them. (All their businesses is local to their area)
    How can I make them members without them having email addresses. I only have 3 email addresses myself and wp will not allow a member use the same email address that is all ready registered to another member, so I cant use my emails.

    Any help would be great thanks.

    And you cant set up catchall on your email account?

    In theory you could make up an email address, as it would never need to be used, wouldn’t work any way, and you added new users from the backend checked ‘don’t send email notification’ then edited their created user profile in the backend to suit.

    How ever I can’t really get my head around you having users who are going / are using the internet and yet do not have email addresses that doesn’t really stack up -if they have an a connection to the net via an ISP then they have an email address whether they know it or not.

    Its a type of directory I am doing for the farming community. Lots of farmers over here (Ireland) dont use the internet but would like the world to know they have, for example “free range eggs”
