How to remove sections/options from the group and member pages.

Hi there. I want to remove the sections from the group and member pages.
For instance, I’ve put all the member information into the member-header page, so I don’t need the “profile” bit anymore.
Similarly I don’t want people to be able to view what members are in a group, so I want to remove the “members” section from the groups page.
Is there a piece of code to do this or something, I don’t want to edit core files really. Something like `remove_options(‘members’);’?
