BP Template pack intergration in files after copying them

I want to integrate my Theme into buddypress…I have “Instyle” Theme from Elegant themes…and want to integrate the theme with buddypress!

My index.php file from the theme :

My page.php from the theme:

i have to copy this index.php matter into all the files mentioned in the installion wizard of Bp template pack?…or have too use brains editing those?

How to compare the structure in our buddypress files….i mean…your index.php ( of theme) and buddypress…i have to edit buddypress files..how to do it!?
