Difference between Buddypress v.1.2.8 and v.1.3 ?

I have never seen till now some post about the difference of these 2 versions , current 1.2.8 and coming 1.3 , I know that I can get some immagination if I will read every article here , but could some of developers who works on it briefly describe the difference here ? @bowe can you write some article on your website? I like your independent opinions on your website and I will read it very gladly .
