Change Avatar programatically?

    yeah I don’t won’t to disable it I just want to import a bunch of users and I have everything done bar the avatars, I just need to be able to pass a url to the avatar image something like this: xprofile_set_field_data('Profile Photo', $user_id, 'http://example.com/IMAGEURL.png' );

    You could set the xprofile field and then use the stackexchange.com example to swap in that url on a per user basis.

    that is a genius idea!
    Thank mate I’ll do just that I suppose I just assumed there would be a method somewhere..
