change avatar not working

    Currently Im using twenty thirteen theme with buddypress. But I dont know why change avtar option is not coming in my profile page and the profile page is looking very bad. I searched in internet many plugins i found and tried also.But stil change avtar option is not coming
    Like this my profile is coming :(

    I searched in google generally wordpress gives better profile page than this i think.

    Reason of posting here i didnt found any option to start a new thread 😀

    Have you selected ‘Profile Photo Uploads > Allow registered members to upload avatars’ ?

    On this page …/wp-admin/options-discussion.php
    Have you selected ‘Avatar Display > Avatar Display Show Avatars’ ?

    Yes thank you sir,Option is comming now.But still i wonder why my profile page is not coming with proper css,Is it like this in default or i have done something wrong .
