Customization of Registration Form

Hi,

Please can anybody point me an existing plugin that can be used to extend the registration form on WordPress/BuddyPress website to allow the use of control “security questions” feature.

I want to add some questions to my registration form (page) either as part of the members registration page or as a top layer page before the registration page can be accessed such that;

1. My intending members must answer all questions (five in total) correctly.
2. The questions are to be in polls format with 2 or 3 options to choose from in a radio button.
3. If all questions are answered correctly, then membership form can be submitted successfully or access to the registration page is granted depending on the type of implementation and rejected if any of the questions is answered wrongly.

Any information or assistance would be appreciated.

I use a similar thing.. plugin is called “good question” (I think) – it does not have radio buttons last I checked.. but can do multiple questions and answers I think.

I was looking for something similar, only I want to put in a description on my registration page. Just a paragraph explaining a couple of things at the registration page. I can’t believe that this would be a plugin not a feature with buddypress. If this is operator error (which I think is most likely) then please tell me how to do this.
