Allowing editors to approve signups

    I have a complex site that I want to allow other users to manage pending user activations, Giving them manage options capabilities (using a role editing plugin) exposes the manage signups menu, but far too much of the rest of the WordPress admin as well.

    Where can I edit the plugin to expose the menu to users with role editor without giving them full options management for the whole of WordPress.
