404 Not Found in Browsertabs

hello,
i just installed buddypress and all went ok.
only one thing seems to disfunction.for example when i go to /members/ and click on one member,
the titles displays 404 Not found.check here: http://lolwatchers.com/appdir/members/testuser/
can anyone tell me how to fix?
