CSS: How to show “activity-header” div between “activity-inner” and “activity-meta”

A question for the CSS savvy: in Activity, i want the entry header div “activity-header” to be shown between “activity-inner” and “activity-meta”. Order example:

-“This is a user update”
– [user] posted one week ago [view] [delete]
– [reply] [favorite]

I know I can change the Activity theme template, but i’d like to do it from CSS if possible. Thank you!

Oddly.. not seeming able to edit things but bottom line is CSS probably won’t fully do the expanse of what you want those links should send you in the right direction though.
