Getting a fatal error. Pls help me.

Hi. I upgraded to the latest WP version. I am using Buddypress as well. I am getting the below error :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::WPDB() in /home/psivait/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-forums/bp-forums-bbpress.php on line 144
Pls help me at the earliest. I am not a techie guy to explore more on this!
