No BP registration with Instant word Press on localhost

can I use InstantWP_4.4.2 on localhost to develop a wordpress site, I’m getting the bp registration page returned with greyed out fields no pending users generated, when test registering new users.
I’ve tried the my_disable_bp_registration() hack but it returns a “cant change headers string”. No other plugins activated, wp-login works fine with bp deactivated.

Never mind folks, I found an extra space before <?php it runs ok now, thanks anyway
