Hello,

been going through BP 1.5 files and noticed the function `bp_activity_set_action()` and wasn’t sure what it actually does, apart from adding to the “$bp->activity->actions` global.

This global is then only used in `bp_activity_get_action()`, which doesn’t seem to be used anywhere.
