Installing buddy press theme with a different main wordpress theme

Hello

I have a theme that looks great but not set up for buddy press. I would like to use a buddy press theme that would work well with my site.

I would like to have the buddy press theme only on buddy press

How can I achieve that ?

To the best of my knowledge, you can’t have 2 themes activated at the same time. You should choose a WordPress theme and then make use of the BuddyPress Template Hierarchy to customise the BuddyPress portion of your website.
